Schoolhouse Rock! has gone green!  Including eleven new songs – thirteen in all – this DVD from the original creators of the Saturday morning shorts teaches about saving the environment by conserving energy and water, saving the rainforests and oceans and global warming and recycling... to name a few.  And these lessons are taught like only Schoolhouse can do it, using clever pop music and surprisingly informative lyrics to educate kids on why conserving earth’s most valuable resources really rocks!

With catchy videos and tunes like “Solar Power to the People,” “The Trash Can Band” and “The Little Things We Do,” your family will enjoy some of the same beloved voices of the past classics while Schoolhouse is setting their sights on spreading an eco-friendly message to a whole new generation.

The extras include a digitally remastered bonus of the classic song the “Energy Blues.”

You can’t find many adults out there who won’t remember classic Schoolhouse Rock! like “Conjunction Junction” and “I’m Just A Bill.”  Now here is a whole new, toe-tappin’ group of songs you won’t be able to get out your head.
